Embalajes Internacionales Oskupack SpA has been making PET packaging since 2012. We started with fruit packaging and sheet for the food industry; today we produce clamshells, heat-sealable trays, domes and sheet in our own plant in Viña del Mar.
We extrude the sheet and thermoform the package in the same plant. That lets us define with you how much recycled material each package contains, from 0 to 100%, without giving up the clarity or the barrier your product requires.
From sheet to pallet, all in one plant
Sheet extrusion
We extrude the sheet at the thickness each format requires, with virgin PET, RPET or a mix of both. This is where the RPET percentage is set, from 0 to 100%.
Thermoforming
The same sheet is thermoformed into clamshells, trays and domes. Trays are laminated with polyethylene (PET-PE or PP-PE) so the heat-seal film bonds properly.
Quality control and shipping
Every batch ships under the BRCGS system, in cases and pallets configured for each format. Delivery throughout Chile, with trucks leaving every day, including a daily route to Santiago.

For 2026 Chile sets a recovery target of 32% for non-household plastics, on the way to 55%. Choosing RPET means reaching that target with the package you already use.
