Heat-sealable trays for meat
Oxygen barrier for chicken, beef, pork and fish. Closed with heat-sealed film, in heights from 35 to 80 mm depending on the cut. In the PET line or the PP line, depending on what your customer asks for.
Clamshells with ventilation for berries and grapes
One-piece pack with lid, vents on top and bottom, and a secure closure. For blueberries, strawberries and grapes, in formats from 500 g to 1.5 kg.
Domes and bases for bakery
Clear RPET dome on a black base, for cakes serving 15 and 20. The display shows the product without opening the pack.
Custom PET sheet rolls
The roll arrives at your plant and you thermoform it. In plain PET, laminated with PE for better heat sealing, or with EVOH for high barrier and long shelf life.

We extrude the sheet and thermoform the pack in the same plant, in Viña del Mar. That is why we can tailor the material of each pack to what your product needs, and stand behind it from start to finish.

We have been manufacturing since 2012 in our own BRCGS Packaging Materials–certified plant at Camino Lajarilla 744, Viña del Mar. We deliver throughout Chile, with trucks leaving every day, including a daily route to Santiago. You don’t need to be nearby to work with us.
Recycled PET packaging and Chile’s 2026 REP Law
We work with you to set how much recycled material goes into your pack, from 0 to 100%, without giving up the clarity or the barrier your product needs. Today our clamshells are made with over 90% recycled PET and our trays with an 80% recycled, 20% virgin structure.
Under Chile’s REP Law (Extended Producer Responsibility), non-household plastic must reach a recovery target of 32% in 2026, on the way to 55%. Working with recycled-content packaging made under BRC certification puts your company on the right side of that requirement — and of the one your own customers already ask for.
We also comply with Chile’s Food Sanitary Regulations (RSA 977/96).

What is the shelf life of the packaging?
36 months from the date of manufacture, stored away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 40 °C. W trays reach 48 months. The product is food-safe and allergen-free.
Which formats are available for export fruit?
Clear RPET clamshells with lid, vents and a secure closure, in 500 g, 1 kg and 1.5 kg capacities, plus ounce formats for blueberries. Each format has its technical data sheet with dimensions, weight and pallet configuration.
Where is the plant and where do you ship from?
The plant is at Camino Lajarilla 744, Bodega 4, Viña del Mar, Valparaíso Region, Chile. We ship from there throughout Chile, with trucks leaving for Santiago every day.
